Replacement lamp module for Panasonic projectors

The PT-FD605L module fits Panasonic projectors that use the ET-LAD60AW part. It arrives as a complete housing with a Ushio UHM dual-lamp assembly rated at 310 W, so no separate bulb handling is required during installation.

Dual-lamp UHM design and rated life

Two lamps share the load, delivering 2,000 hours in normal mode or 4,000 hours in economy mode. The dual configuration reduces stress on each burner but still requires both lamps to be replaced together when brightness drops below acceptable levels.

Brightness headroom for large-venue use

At 310 W the module supports high-lumen output suited to auditoriums and lecture halls. Economy mode extends runtime for scheduled daily use, yet the fixed 310 W rating means the lamp cannot be dimmed further to stretch life beyond the quoted 4,000-hour ceiling.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the OEM lamp from the original bulb maker, the Panasonic-sold OEM, the alternative OEM or the compatible version?

The original-bulb OEM matches the factory specification exactly; the Panasonic OEM is the same part through Panasonic distribution; the alternative OEM uses a different qualified bulb maker; the compatible version uses genuine OEM parts at a lower cost.

What does the 310 watt rating mean for brightness and heat in my projector?

The 310W UHM dual-lamp module delivers the rated lumen output for the PT-FD605L while drawing 310 watts, so the projector's cooling and power supply are already sized for this load.

Does the dual-lamp UHM interface limit lamp life to the 2,000 or 4,000 hour ratings?

The dual-lamp UHM module is rated 2,000 hours in Normal mode and 4,000 hours in Economy mode; the projector's lamp timer tracks usage against these figures.
