Bright 6500 lm Laser LCD Projector

The Panasonic PT-VMZ62BU8 is a new laser LCD home theater projector with a native WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200 and 6500 lumens brightness. It delivers a 5000000:1 contrast ratio and supports 4K signal input. The black cabinet houses a 1.09 to 1.77:1 throw ratio lens with vertical and horizontal shift.

Suited for Large-Venue Installation

This model suits installations needing high brightness and flexible placement via lens shift and geometric correction. It offers HDMI, VGA and RJ45 Digital Link inputs plus USB media playback. Buyers needing a portable pico projector or a unit with built-in streaming apps should look at other categories.

6500 lm Brightness Drives Venue Suitability

The 6500 lm output is the key specification determining if this projector fits the ambient light conditions and screen size of the intended space. Lower-lumen models will not match this visibility level. Confirm the throw ratio range matches the required projection distance.
