Genuine AL Lamp for PTLW7700

This genuine AL Series lamp and housing assembly is built for the Panasonic PTLW7700 projector. It restores original brightness and colour accuracy for home-theatre enthusiasts and professional installers who need a direct-fit replacement. The module arrives new and ready to install without additional tools.

Thermal performance and power

The lamp operates within the thermal envelope designed for the PTLW7700 chassis, maintaining stable output during typical viewing sessions. Fan noise remains consistent with the projector's stock acoustic profile because the housing matches factory specifications. Power draw aligns with the original lamp rating.

Sustained-load behaviour

Under continuous operation the AL Series lamp maintains rated luminance without premature dimming. The 90-day warranty covers early-life failures that can appear after extended run times. The housing weighs .9921 kg, matching the original mass for secure mounting during long cycles. Buyers needing a dual-lamp configuration or a different projector model cannot use this single-lamp module.

Questions about this item

How do I install the PTLW7700 lamp module and what step is often missed?

Power off the projector and let it cool completely, remove the lamp cover screws, slide out the old housing, insert the new PTLW7700 module until it clicks, replace the cover screws, then reset the lamp timer in the projector menu — skipping the timer reset is the common error.

What maintenance or replacement will this lamp need later?

The AL Series lamp is a consumable rated for typical projector hours; when brightness drops or the projector signals end of life, replace the entire PTLW7700 lamp-and-housing module again — no separate bulb swap is required.

What limit appears first during sustained use of this lamp?

The 0.9921 kg housing manages heat for the single-lamp design, but continuous operation will hit the lamp's rated hour limit before any thermal shutdown, triggering the replacement warning.
