Fully Rugged 10.1" Tablet

The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 is a new, fully rugged 10.1-inch Windows tablet powered by a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 processor with 8 GB of DDR3L memory and a 256 GB SSD. It features a 1920 x 1200 WUXGA touchscreen, 4G LTE, a smartcard reader, a barcode reader, Bluetooth 4.1 and 802.11a/b/g/n wireless. A digitiser pen and power adapter are included.

Mobile Field Workers

This device suits mobile field workers who need a MIL-STD-810G and IP65 certified tablet with gloved multi-touch and daylight-readable screen for outdoor data capture, inspection or logistics tasks. Buyers who need multiple USB ports, an internal optical drive, larger internal storage or a desktop-class multi-core processor should consider other form factors.

Single-Core i7 Processor

The CPU is a single-core Intel Core i7 running at 2.6 GHz, which determines performance for single-threaded legacy applications and light field workloads. Multi-threaded rendering, heavy compilation or virtualisation tasks will be limited by the core count, so verify that your software runs well on this architecture before purchasing.
