Pack of 100 nylon cable ties, 15.1 in long with 50 lb tensile strength for bundling up to 4 in diameter
These Panduit cable ties measure 15.1 inches long and come in a pack of one hundred. Made from natural Nylon 6/6, they suit general-purpose cable management in workshops, data racks or vehicle looms. The stainless-steel barb lock engages with a positive click and resists accidental release.
Each strap is 0.18 inches wide and 0.05 inches thick, giving a tensile strength of 50 lb. The halogen-free, low-smoke material operates from minus 76 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. Rated UL Type 2, the ties are not flame-retardant, plenum-rated or approved for outdoor exposure, so indoor dry locations are appropriate.
The single-use design replaces adhesive tape or hook-and-loop wraps when a permanent, tamper-evident bundle is required. Maximum bundle diameter is 4 inches. The jump is worth it when installers need consistent tension, a low-profile head and a halogen-free material that meets UL Type 2 for enclosed cable runs.

Each tie is rated for 50 lb tensile strength, which caps the maximum bundle load it can secure without failure.
The tie itself is 0.18 in wide and 0.05 in thick, so the mounting slot or bundle gap must accommodate at least those dimensions.
Pull the tail through the head until the barb clicks into the serrations; the common error is stopping before the barb fully seats, leaving the tie loose.
