48-port Cat 6 patch panel for rack installation

The Panduit DP48688TGY is a 48-port Category 6 patch panel designed for 19-inch rack mounting in two rack units. It uses 110-style IDC termination and supports T568A and T568B wiring schemes. The panel is intended for structured cabling installations in commercial or enterprise network environments.

Steel construction with flat panel profile

The panel body is made from steel with a flat profile measuring 19 inches wide and 3 1/2 inches high, fitting standard equipment racks. Each port is an RCA jack type, and an adhesive label sheet is included for port identification. The overall depth of 1 1/8 inches keeps the assembly compact within the rack, while the steel frame provides mechanical rigidity for repeated patching.

Meets ANSI/TIA-568-C.2

The patch panel complies with ANSI/TIA-568-C.2, ANSI/TIA-968-A, IEC 60603-7 and ISO 11801 Class E for Category 6 channel performance. It also satisfies IEEE 802.3 af, at and bt type 3 and 4 for Power over Ethernet up to the limits of those standards. Installations requiring Category 6A or higher bandwidth, or shielded cabling, will need a different panel specification.
