A 14.5 in natural nylon cable tie rated for 50 lb tensile strength and a 4 in maximum bundle diameter, halogen-free, low-smoke and plenum rated for indoor use
The Panduit PLT4S-C cable tie measures 14.5 inches long and secures bundles up to 4 inches in diameter. It is made from Nylon 6/6 with a 50 pound tensile strength. The natural colour tie uses a plastic pawl locking style for standard cable management tasks.
The tie operates from -76 degrees to 185 degrees Fahrenheit and is halogen-free with low-smoke properties. It carries a plenum rating and UL Type 2, 21 listings. Flame retardant and metal detectable features are not included, and outdoor use is not rated.
Each pack contains one strap with a width of 0.19 inches and thickness of 0.06 inches. The simple design requires no additional accessories or software for installation. It suits installers who need a single, plenum-rated tie for indoor cable routing.

Wrap the 14.5 in strap around the bundle, insert the tail into the plastic pawl head, and pull tight; the step often missed is checking that the bundle does not exceed the 4 in maximum diameter so the pawl can fully engage.
The nylon 6/6 tie is a single-use fastener; once the plastic pawl locks it cannot be released, so any bundle change requires cutting the strap and replacing it with a new tie.
The 50 lb tensile strength is the first limit; continuous tension above that value will cause the strap to yield before the -76 to 185 °F temperature range or plenum rating becomes a factor.
