Mobile Multi-Band Antenna Solution

The Panorama Antennas GP-IN2850 is a low-profile sharkfin antenna designed for vehicle roof mounting. It combines multiple frequency bands in a single housing for fleet and public-safety installations.

Suited For Fleet And Public Safety Vehicles

This antenna serves installers who need cellular, GPS and whip capability on one conductive roof panel. It is not for buyers who require a non-conductive mount without a ground plane or who need WiFi 6e elements that are not fitted to this unit.

30 dB Gain Across Dual Cellular Bands

The antenna delivers 30 dB gain across 698-960 MHz and 1427-4900 MHz ranges. UN ECE R118 approved pigtail cables are included and the 52 mm profile complies with light-bar obscuration limits.

Questions about this item

Does the 30 dB gain antenna generate noticeable heat or draw significant power when operating continuously?

The antenna is a passive device with no internal amplifier, so it produces no heat and requires no power supply during continuous operation.

What existing equipment is needed to connect the GP-IN2850 to a cellular router or GPS receiver?

You need a router or modem with SMA or compatible RF connectors for the 4G/5G elements and a GPS receiver with an SMA port for the GNSS module, plus any required extension cables.

Will the whip antenna function on an older vehicle roof that lacks a conductive ground plane?

The whip requires a conductive ground plane for proper operation; on a non-conductive roof it will not perform correctly unless a ground-plane kit is added.
