12-count 0.7mm mechanical pencil set

This pack supplies twelve Paper Mate Clearpoint mechanical pencils with 0.7mm HB #2 lead in blue barrels. The side-advance mechanism reloads lead without forcing the user to change grip. A jumbo twist-up eraser handles corrections cleanly. The soft grip is shaped for comfort during long writing sessions.

Students, teachers, and everyday note-takers

The 0.7mm #2 lead suits standardized tests and general writing tasks. Users who prefer finer 0.5mm lines or bolder 0.9mm strokes will need a different size. Buyers looking for refillable metal barrels or a single pencil rather than a dozen should consider other options.

Consistent line quality over extended use

The side-advance feed delivers lead smoothly so line width stays uniform across pages of notes or exam answers. The large eraser retains shape and removes graphite without smudging. The soft grip reduces finger fatigue during prolonged writing periods.

Questions about this item

Do I need to buy 0.7 mm lead refills separately for these Clearpoint pencils?

The box includes twelve pencils pre-loaded with 0.7 mm #2 HB lead, so you can write immediately without extra refills.

Can I mix these 0.7 mm pencils with 0.5 mm or 0.9 mm models in the same pencil case?

Yes, the Clearpoint range offers 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm and 0.9 mm versions that share the same side-advance mechanism and jumbo twist eraser.

How can I confirm the side-advance mechanism feeds lead correctly after I start using one?

Click the side button; lead should extend smoothly without breaking, and the jumbo twist eraser should rotate cleanly when you need to erase.
