Pre-cut parchment sheets for home baking

PaperChef 1000686 culinary parchment sheets come in a 24-count pack of pre-cut pieces measuring 15 by 16.5 inches. The natural-coloured sheets fit most standard cookie trays and eliminate the need to tear or trim rolls. They are designed for everyday baking, roasting and food preparation tasks in a home kitchen.

Heat resistance up to 425 °F

The parchment withstands oven temperatures up to 425 °F and is also suitable for air frying and microwave use. Made from sustainably sourced eucalyptus pulp in France, the paper is compostable and provides a non-stick surface that reduces the need for added fats. Clean-up is quick because food releases cleanly from the sheets.

24 sheets per pack determines supply length

Each unit contains exactly 24 pre-cut sheets, so the pack size directly limits how many baking sessions you can cover before restocking. Buyers who need a larger continuous supply for frequent batch baking or commercial-volume cooking will find the count restrictive.

Questions about this item

How do you place the 15 x 16.5 inch sheets on a standard cookie sheet without trimming?

The pre-cut sheets are sized to fit most cookie sheets; simply lay a single sheet flat on the pan with the natural side up — no tearing or cutting is required.

When do the 24 sheets need replacing, and is there any upkeep between uses?

Each sheet is single-use; discard after baking and replace with a fresh sheet from the 24-count pack — no cleaning or maintenance is needed between uses.

At what temperature do the sheets start to degrade during a long bake?

The parchment is rated for heat up to 425 °F; sustained oven temperatures above that limit will cause the paper to brown and become brittle first.
