Paradigm Health & Wellness Squat Wedge Block Pair 17° Lime Green 12.2" x 5.9" x 3.5

Heel-elevated squat wedge pair

These lime-green wedges raise the heel 17° to deepen squats and increase quad, glute and hamstring activation. The 12.2" x 5.9" x 3.5" EVA foam blocks suit lifters wanting greater depth without compromising balance. They also serve as calf-stretch platforms for mobility work and rehab.

Practical limits of the 17° incline

The fixed angle cannot be adjusted for different mobility levels or exercise variations. High-density EVA compresses slightly under very heavy loads, so maximal barbell attempts may feel less rigid than metal alternatives. The surface grip relies on foam texture rather than a mechanical non-slip coating.

Simple floor placement with minor caveats

No assembly is required; the pair sits directly on any flat surface and stores in the included backpack. Dust and chalk accumulate in the foam cells, so regular dry-cloth wiping is needed. On polished floors the blocks can slide unless a rubber mat is used underneath.
