Simple Gear for Active Training

The Paradigm Health & Wellness XYLJR4BLACK is a lightweight PVC jump rope designed for cardio, boxing drills, HIIT and daily conditioning. It suits adults who want a compact tool for home, gym or travel workouts without bulky equipment. The 14 inch foam handles provide a comfortable, non-slip grip for men and women building a consistent fitness routine.

Adjustable Length and Smooth Rotation

Trim the PVC cable once to match your height and preferred slack for a smoother rhythm during sessions. The built-in 360° ball bearing mechanism allows the rope to turn freely, reducing tangles and helping maintain speed for basic jump workouts. No tools are required after the initial cut, making setup straightforward for immediate use.

Lightweight Portability for Daily Use

The rope packs easily into a gym bag, backpack or suitcase for workouts at home, the office or outdoors. It handles warm-ups, interval training and skill practice comfortably within its fixed 14 inch handle length. Users needing weighted cables, digital counters or longer handles for specialised techniques will need a different tool.

Questions about this item

How do I know the 360° ball bearing is rotating smoothly after I set up the rope?

Spin the rope by hand; the PVC cord should turn freely without binding or wobble, and the handles must stay steady in your grip during a test jump session.

What comes in the box and what do I need to buy separately?

The package includes the adjustable PVC rope with foam handles and built-in 360° ball bearings; no extra parts are required for use.

Which version should I choose for an adult user who is 14 inches tall?

The single model listed is a one-size adult rope that you trim to your exact height; there are no alternative lengths or capacities to select.
