Industrial panel PC for 24/7 use

The Partaker A1 is a 12.1 inch all-in-one computer with an IP65-rated front panel and a 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen. It runs on an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics and comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. The fanless aluminium alloy chassis enables silent operation in noise-sensitive environments.

Expandable I/O and wireless options

Two SODIMM slots support up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 memory while an M.2 slot accepts 2260 or 2280 PCIe x1 or SATA SSDs and a 2.5 inch bay adds SATA storage. Connectivity includes HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, audio in/out and two COM ports. An M.2 Key E slot allows WIFI6 and a Key B slot with SIM tray supports 5G.

8 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD baseline

The shipped configuration provides 8 GB of memory and a 128 GB SSD, sufficient for lightweight HMI, edge gateway or digital signage workloads. Memory headroom reaches 64 GB for heavier multitasking and the second drive bay allows storage expansion. Operating temperature is rated 0 to 50 °C with SSD and 0 to 40 °C with HDD.

Questions about this item

Will the 12.1" IP65 front panel or its 10-point capacitive touch layer need scheduled replacement?

The front panel carries an IP65 rating and the projected capacitive touch screen is rated for 200 million touches with a backlight life of 30,000 hours minimum.

What thermal limit appears first when the fanless i5-1135G7 runs continuous 7×24 workloads?

The aluminium alloy chassis is rated for 0–50 °C operating temperature with SSD; sustained loads that push the CPU toward 4.20 GHz will hit this ceiling before any fan can respond.

How much heat and noise does the fanless aluminium alloy cooling produce during all-day operation?

The fanless design generates zero acoustic noise; heat is dissipated silently through the aluminium alloy chassis while the 12 V DC supply draws power within the 100–240 V AC input range.
