Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

This 12.1 inch all-in-one computer combines an Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor with a projected capacitive touchscreen rated IP65 on the front panel. The fanless aluminium chassis operates silently across a 0 to 50 °C range with the included 128 GB SSD. It targets integrators who need a compact, sealed unit for continuous 24/7 operation in factories, kiosks or outdoor cabinets.

10-Point Capacitive Touch at 1024 x 768

The display delivers 1024 x 768 resolution with 350 cd/m² brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio across 80° viewing angles in every direction. Ten simultaneous touch points are supported on a surface tested to 200 million touches, making it suitable for gloved or wet-finger use where resistive screens would fail.

8 GB DDR4 with 64 GB Ceiling and Dual Drive Bays

The system ships with 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory in two SODIMM slots and can accept up to 64 GB total. Storage expands through one M.2 2260/2280 slot supporting PCIe x1 or SATA plus one 2.5 inch SATA bay, allowing separate OS and data volumes without external enclosures.

Questions about this item

How does the Intel Core i7-1165G7 perform inside this sealed, fanless chassis?

The processor runs at up to 4.70 GHz with 12 MB cache. The aluminium alloy housing dissipates heat silently, so the CPU maintains its boost clocks during continuous 24/7 workloads without throttling from active cooling.

What display signals can the HDMI and VGA ports actually drive?

HDMI and VGA outputs mirror or extend the built-in 1024 x 768 panel. Both ports support standard external monitors; maximum external resolution follows the Intel Iris Xe graphics capability of the i7-1165G7.

What cut-out size do I need for the embedded mounting buckles?

The front panel requires a 301 x 229 mm opening. The supplied embedded buckle kits clamp the unit flush from behind, sealing the IP65-rated bezel against the enclosure surface.
