Industrial 12.1 inch touch panel PC

The Partaker A1 is a fanless all-in-one system built around an Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 128GB SSD. Its front panel carries an IP65 rating and a 10-point projected capacitive touchscreen, making it suitable for industrial environments that require sealed, glove-friendly operation. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Check power, mounting and expansion needs

The unit runs on a 12V DC supply fed by an included 100-240V AC adapter, so verify that your cabinet or desk can route the external brick and cable. A rectangular cut-out of 301 x 229mm is required for embedded mounting, while the supplied buckle kits also allow wall, desktop or cantilever fitting. Expansion is provided by a mini PCIe slot with a SIM socket for wireless modules, plus one mSATA and one M.2 2280 slot for additional storage.

Fanless aluminium chassis with industrial I/O

The aluminium alloy body dissipates heat silently, supporting continuous 7 x 24 operation from 0 to 50°C with solid-state storage. Connectivity covers HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, dual LAN, audio in and out, and two COM ports for legacy serial devices. An auto power-on feature restores operation after a power failure without manual intervention.

Questions about this item

Does the box include the power supply and mounting hardware, or do I need to order them separately?

The packing list shows the A1 panel PC, a 12 V power supply, a power cord and embedded buckle kits for mounting.

Should I choose the 8 GB configuration or plan to upgrade to the 64 GB maximum?

The unit ships with 8 GB DDR4-2400 across two SODIMM slots; both slots are populated, so reaching 64 GB requires replacing the existing modules.

What does the 4.60 GHz turbo figure mean for everyday workloads on this fanless i7-8565U?

The processor can boost to 4.60 GHz for short bursts, but the fanless aluminium chassis limits sustained speeds, so long tasks run at lower clocks.
