Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

The Partaker A17-PA-215TPC-CE5A(I54) is a 21.5" all-in-one computer built for continuous industrial operation. Its front panel carries an IP65 rating, protecting internal components from dust and water jets. The unit supports 7 x 24 hours of stable work across a 0 to 50°C operating range with the installed SSD. It ships with Windows 10 Pro ready for immediate deployment.

IP65 Front Protection and Resistive Touch

The defining specification is the front panel IP65 rating combined with a high-temperature 5-wire resistive touchscreen. This allows reliable input with gloves or styluses in wet, dusty, or high-temperature settings where capacitive screens fail. The 1920 x 1080 TFT LED panel offers 250 cd/m² brightness and 80° viewing angles in all directions. Buyers needing multi-touch gestures or outdoor-readable brightness should look elsewhere.

Fanless Passive Cooling and Low Power Draw

An aluminium alloy chassis provides completely fanless, silent operation with no moving parts to fail or ingest contaminants. The system runs on a 12 V DC input supplied by a 100-240 V AC adapter, drawing minimal power typical of the Intel Core i5 1.60 GHz processor and Intel HD Graphics 4400. The design targets ultra energy-efficient performance for embedded installations where noise and dust ingress must be eliminated.

Questions about this item

How does the 1.60GHz Intel Core i5 4th Gen perform in a fanless industrial panel PC?

The 1.60GHz quad-core processor runs without a fan thanks to the aluminium alloy chassis, delivering silent 7×24 operation while staying within the 0–50°C range when paired with the 64GB mSATA SSD.

What does the IP65 front-panel rating actually protect against in daily use?

IP65 on the 21.5" TFT LED face seals out dust completely and resists low-pressure water jets, so the 5-wire resistive touchscreen survives wash-downs and dirty factory air without ingress.

What cut-out size and mounting hardware are needed to embed this 527.8×321×54.5 mm unit?

Cut a 522×315 mm opening, then secure the panel with the supplied embedded buckle kits; the 6 kg chassis also supports wall, desktop or cantilever mounting.
