Industrial All-in-One for Harsh Environments

The Partaker A20 integrates a 15-inch 4:3 capacitive touch display with an Intel Core i7-1255U processor in a fanless aluminum and steel chassis. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water jets, making it suitable for factory floors, outdoor kiosks, or vehicle-mounted control stations. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro, 8GB DDR5 memory, and a 512GB NVMe SSD installed.

Fanless Cooling and Wide-Range Power

Passive cooling through the alloy chassis eliminates moving parts, ensuring silent operation and reduced maintenance in dusty conditions. The unit accepts a 9-36V DC supply with reverse polarity protection, allowing direct connection to industrial power systems or mobile equipment. TPM 2.0, watchdog timer, and Wake-on-LAN support unattended, secure deployments.

Sustained Load Reliability

The fanless design maintains thermal stability during continuous operation without throttling risk from clogged filters or failed fans. Multiple I/O ports — including six COM interfaces, three LAN connections, and isolated GPIO — handle persistent data streams from PLCs, sensors, and cameras. Dual M.2 slots and a 2.5-inch bay provide storage redundancy for long-term logging.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the Partaker A20 in a panel cut-out and what alignment step is often missed?

Cut a 355 x 279 mm opening, insert the unit from the front, and secure the IP65 gasket evenly; the step often missed is torquing the mounting clamps in a cross pattern to maintain the seal.

Which memory and storage components can be upgraded later and what are the limits?

One DDR5 4800 MHz SODIMM slot supports up to 32 GB; two M.2 2280 slots accept NVMe or SATA drives, and a 2.5 inch bay adds another SATA drive.

What thermal limit appears first during continuous fanless operation?

The aluminum chassis dissipates heat passively; sustained full-load CPU turbo up to 4.70 GHz will throttle when the internal temperature reaches the processor's thermal junction maximum.
