Industrial IP65 panel PC

The Partaker A21 is a 17-inch all-in-one computer with an IP65-rated front panel and a resistive multi-touch screen. It runs on an Intel Core i5-10310U processor with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SATA SSD. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed on the fanless aluminum chassis. This unit is built for continuous operation in demanding environments.

Suited for factory automation and embedded kiosks

The wide 9–36 V DC input, dual Intel LAN ports and two configurable COM ports fit industrial machinery and legacy serial equipment. The 4:3 aspect ratio and 1280 x 1024 resolution match existing panel cut-outs of 389 x 321 mm. Buyers who need a projected-capacitive touch layer, a wider operating temperature range with a commercial SSD or a larger screen diagonal should look at other models.

32 GB DDR4 memory ceiling

The single SODIMM slot supports DDR4-2666 up to a maximum of 32 GB, and the system ships fully populated. No further memory expansion is possible without replacing the installed module. This limit determines whether the platform can handle your application dataset.

Questions about this item

How does the i5-10310U's 4.40 GHz turbo speed behave inside this fanless chassis?

The processor can reach 4.40 GHz on short bursts, but the aluminium alloy fanless design relies on surface airflow to dissipate heat, so sustained loads will throttle lower to stay within the 0–50 °C commercial or -20–60 °C industrial temperature range.

What does the 9–36 V DC Phoenix connector actually power in this unit?

The 2-pin Phoenix connector accepts 9–36 V DC wide-voltage input directly, feeding the internal 12 V 5 A supply that runs the i5-10310U, 32 GB DDR4, 512 GB SATA SSD, 17" touchscreen and all I/O without an external AC adapter.

What cut-out dimensions are needed for embedded mounting of the 17" panel?

The embedded installation cut-out is 389 x 321 mm, matching the 408.5 x 346 x 61 mm overall chassis so the IP65-rated front panel sits flush while the rear clears cables and the Mini PCIe expansion slot.
