Industrial All-in-One with IP65 Front Panel

The Partaker A22 is a 21.5 inch TFT LED all-in-one computer built for industrial environments. It integrates an Intel Core i5 10310U processor, 16GB DDR4 memory and a 512GB SATA SSD within a fanless aluminium chassis rated IP65 on the front. The resistive touchscreen operates at 1920 x 1080 resolution and supports 10-point touch with a 50 million touch lifespan. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Suited for HMI and Control Cabinets.

This unit fits machine builders, automation integrators and facility managers who need a compact human-machine interface with wide 9-36V DC input and legacy serial connectivity. The two COM ports support RS232, RS422 and RS485 protocols for PLC and sensor links. It is not for buyers who need discrete GPU performance or multiple high-speed M.2 drives, as the graphics remain Intel UHD and storage expansion uses SATA only.

Resistive Touchscreen Decides Fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the resistive touch technology. It allows operation with gloves, stylus or wet fingers and resists surface contaminants common on factory floors. Capacitive alternatives would reject those inputs, making this panel the correct choice for dirty or gloved-hand workflows.

Questions about this item

What are the cut-out dimensions for the 540 x 332 x 60 mm panel?

The embedded installation cut-out is 528 x 320 mm. The unit is 6.8 kg and 60 mm deep, so allow clearance behind the panel for cables and the 2-pin Phoenix power connector.

Which step is often missed when wiring the 9-36 V Phoenix connector?

Polarity must be correct — positive to positive, negative to negative. The wide-range input accepts DC 9 V to 36 V, but reversed polarity will prevent power-up and may damage the board.

What storage upgrades are possible later?

One M.2 2280 SATA SSD slot and one 2.5" SATA bay are available. Memory uses a single DDR4-2666 SODIMM, max 32 GB. Both drives and RAM are user-accessible after removing the rear cover.
