Industrial 15-inch Panel PC

The Partaker A27 is a 15-inch all-in-one industrial panel PC built around an Intel Core i3-5005U processor, 4GB of DDR3 memory and a 128GB mSATA drive. Its fanless aluminium chassis carries an IP65-rated front panel and a capacitive multi-touch screen running at 1024×768 resolution. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro and provides dual Gigabit Ethernet, two configurable RS232/485 COM ports, four USB ports, HDMI output and dual mini-PCIe slots for wireless expansion.

Suited for embedded automation

This unit targets machine builders, logistics terminals and medical equipment integrators who need a compact, sealed touchscreen computer that operates silently from -20 to +60 °C on 12 V DC power. The 355×279 mm panel cutout and embedded mounting simplify cabinet integration. Buyers who require more than 16GB of system memory, discrete graphics acceleration or storage interfaces beyond a single mSATA slot should consider alternative platforms.

Deciding specification: single mSATA storage slot

The platform offers exactly one mSATA connector for internal storage, so the 128GB drive supplied is the only internal drive the chassis can accommodate without external enclosures. If the application demands redundant or high-capacity internal storage, this constraint makes the A27 unsuitable.

Questions about this item

What power supply must I already have to run the Partaker A27?

The unit ships with a DC 12 V input requirement and can also accept an optional 9–36 V wide-range supply.

Will my existing RS-232 or RS-485 devices connect directly to the two COM ports?

Yes, COM1 and COM2 are configurable for RS-232 or RS-485 and can be expanded to six ports if needed.

How can I verify the capacitive touchscreen and dual-display output are working after installation?

Power on the panel; the 15-inch 1024×768 LCD should show the Windows 10 Pro desktop, touch response should be immediate, and an external monitor on the HDMI port can mirror or extend the display.
