Industrial Panel PC for Harsh Environments

The Partaker A27 is a 15-inch all-in-one computer built for industrial automation, logistics and machine vision. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water ingress while the capacitive multi-touch screen enables direct control. A fanless aluminum chassis ensures silent, maintenance-free operation across a wide temperature range. The system suits embedded installations that demand rugged reliability.

Fanless Thermal Design and Low Power Draw

Passive cooling eliminates moving parts so the unit runs silently in dusty or vibration-prone settings. The Intel Core i3-5005U dual-core processor operates at 2.00 GHz within a 20 to +60 °C range using standard 12 V DC input. Optional 9 to 36 V wide-range support adds flexibility for unstable power environments. Dual 8 W speakers provide audible alerts without active cooling noise.

Aluminum Build with Embedded Mounting and Legacy I/O

The gray aluminum alloy shell measures 355 by 279 mm for panel cutout compatibility. Connectivity includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, two configurable RS232/485 COM ports, four USB ports and HDMI output. Dual mini PCIe slots allow Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or cellular expansion. An mSATA drive slot and two DDR3 memory slots support up to 16 GB for storage and memory upgrades.

Questions about this item

How is the A27 mounted into a panel cutout and what alignment step is often missed?

The unit fits a 355×279 mm rectangular cutout and uses the embedded mounting brackets on the aluminum alloy shell; the step often missed is verifying the IP65 gasket seats evenly on all four sides before tightening the clamp screws.

Which components will need replacement first during long-term operation in a dusty environment?

The 256 GB mSATA SSD and the two DDR3 memory modules are the only field-replaceable parts; the fanless chassis and solid-state design eliminate moving-part wear.

At what ambient temperature does the system hit its thermal limit under continuous load?

The specified operating ceiling is +60 °C; beyond that the fanless aluminum alloy shell cannot dissipate heat fast enough and the processor will throttle.
