Industrial All-in-One PC

The Partaker A28 is a 15.6 inch fanless panel computer built for industrial environments. Its IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water ingress while the aluminium chassis supports embedded mounting. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro and a capacitive multi-touch display for direct interaction in kiosk or automation roles.

Fanless Thermal Design

A passive aluminium heatsink dissipates heat from the dual-core processor without moving parts, delivering silent operation from -20 to +60 °C. The 12 V DC input accepts an optional 9 to 36 V wide-range supply for unstable power grids. Two 8 W speakers provide audio output without adding active cooling requirements.

Dual-Core i3-5005U Processor

The Intel Core i3-5005U runs at 2.00 GHz with 3 MB cache and supports up to 16 GB of DDR3 memory across two slots. This CPU determines whether the unit can handle your specific control software or HMI workload. Buyers needing higher multi-threaded performance or newer instruction sets should evaluate alternative platforms.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Partaker A28 into a panel cutout, and what step is often missed?

Cut a 385x234.3 mm opening, seat the IP65 front panel flush, and secure it evenly; the step often missed is tightening all mounting points to maintain the dust and water seal.

What maintenance or replacement will the Partaker A28 need later?

The fanless, all-aluminum chassis eliminates internal dust cleaning; only the 128 GB mSATA SSD or the 4 GB DDR3 memory (up to 16 GB max) may need replacement if capacity or speed becomes insufficient.

What limit appears first during sustained heavy use of the Partaker A28?

The dual-core i3-5005U at 2.00 GHz and passive cooling will hit thermal throttling before the -20 to +60 °C operating range is exceeded, capping sustained performance.
