Industrial 15" Panel PC

The Partaker A5-PA-150TPC-CE5A(I34)-8G128G is a fanless all-in-one computer built for industrial environments. It integrates a 15-inch TFT LED display with a high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen protected to IP65 on the front panel. An Intel Core i3 4th Generation processor running at 1.90GHz and Intel HD Graphics 4400 drive the system, which comes with 8GB DDR3L memory and a 128GB SSD pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The aluminium alloy chassis dissipates heat without fans, allowing silent operation in dust-sensitive areas. Operating temperature is rated 0 to 50°C when equipped with an SSD and 0 to 40°C with a hard drive. The resistive touchscreen is rated for 200 million touches and maintains 86±5% transmittance at 550nm. A hardware watchdog timer with 255 levels supports automatic recovery after a system hang, and the unit powers on automatically after a power failure.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that your mounting surface matches the VESA 75 pattern or the embedded buckle kit cut-out of 1024 x 768. The system requires a 12V DC input supplied by the included 100-240V AC adapter. Expansion is limited to one full-size Mini PCIe slot with a SIM socket for wireless modules. Memory is not upgradeable beyond the factory 8GB DDR3L SODIMM, and storage uses mSATA or 2.5-inch SATA drives only.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the fanless aluminum chassis produce during continuous 24/7 operation?

The fanless design uses the aluminum housing as a heatsink, rated for 0–50 °C with the installed SSD and 0–40 °C if a 2.5" hard drive is added instead.

Which mounting hardware is required to install the unit in a panel cut-out?

Embedded buckle kits are included in the packing list for panel-mount installation; the front panel meets IP65 protection when properly seated.

Can the Mini PCIe slot accept a Wi-Fi or 4G module with a SIM card for network connectivity?

Yes, the full-size Mini PCIe expansion slot supports Wi-Fi or 4G modules and includes a SIM card slot for cellular options.
