Industrial All-in-One with Resistive Touch

The Partaker A7-PA-156TPC-CE5A(I34) is a 15.6 inch fanless panel PC built for embedded industrial use. It integrates an Intel Core i3 4th Gen processor at 1.90GHz, 8GB DDR3L memory and a 512GB SSD behind an IP65-rated front panel. The high temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen suits gloved operation in manufacturing or automation environments.

Upgrade from Older Panel PCs

This unit replaces legacy embedded systems that lack modern I/O or sufficient compute headroom. The jump is worth it when an application needs HDMI and VGA video outputs, dual COM ports, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports plus Gigabit LAN in a single compact enclosure. A Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder allows wireless expansion without redesigning the mounting cutout of 386.5 x 236mm.

Sustained Load in Fanless Chassis

The aluminium alloy chassis dissipates heat passively across an operating range of 0 to 50°C with the installed SSD. Intel HD Graphics 4400 drives the 1920 x 1080 panel at 250cd/m2 brightness continuously without thermal throttling. The 12V DC input supports automatic power-on after power failure, enabling uninterrupted operation in kiosk, machine-interface or SCADA roles where 24/7 reliability matters more than peak burst speed.

Questions about this item

What is the panel cut-out size for the 392.6 x 241.7 mm unit?

The embedded mounting cut-out measures 386.5 x 236 mm; the front bezel carries IP65 protection so the seal sits flush against the panel surface.

Which step is often missed when fitting the embedded buckle kits?

Tighten all four buckles evenly before connecting the DC 12 V supply; the unit supports automatic power-on after power failure once secured.

When should the resistive touch layer be replaced?

The five-wire resistive screen is rated for 35 million touches; plan replacement once actuation counts approach that figure.
