17-inch IP65 industrial panel PC

The Partaker A9-PA-170TPC-CE5A(I54) is a 17-inch all-in-one panel PC built for industrial environments. It combines an Intel Core i5 4th Gen processor running at 1.60GHz with 8GB DDR3L memory and a 256GB SSD. The front panel carries an IP65 rating and a high-temperature five-wire resistive touchscreen. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Fanless aluminium cooling for silent operation

A compact fanless design uses the aluminium alloy housing to dissipate heat without moving parts, eliminating acoustic noise and reducing mechanical failure risk. The system operates from 0 to 50°C with the fitted SSD and accepts a wide DC 12V input derived from a 100-240V AC adapter. Intel HD Graphics 4400 drives the 1280 x 1024 TFT LED panel at 250 cd/m² brightness.

VESA 75 mounting with extensive legacy I/O

The unit fits a 380 x 315mm panel cut-out and supports VESA 75 mounting for embedded, wall, desktop or cantilever installation. Connectivity includes HDMI, VGA, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, LAN, audio in/out and two COM ports for serial devices. A full-size Mini PCIe slot with SIM holder allows wireless expansion, while the watchdog timer offers 255 levels of system monitoring.

Questions about this item

How is the panel PC mounted in a 380 x 315 mm cut-out, and what step do installers often miss?

Use the embedded buckle kits to secure the 386.3 x 321.3 x 54 mm unit from behind the panel; the step often missed is tightening all four buckles evenly so the IP65 front seal compresses uniformly.

Which storage drive will need replacement first, and what are the compatible upgrade options?

The 256 GB mSATA SSD is the primary boot drive; it can be replaced with another mSATA SSD or a 2.5" SATA SSD/HDD using the internal SATA bay.

At what ambient temperature does the system hit its thermal limit during continuous fanless operation?

The aluminium fanless chassis is rated for sustained operation up to 50 °C with an SSD installed; beyond that the CPU will throttle to protect itself.
