Compact liquid-cooled desktop

The Partaker B23 is a pre-built desktop computer with an Intel Core i7-14700F processor, a GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card, 64GB of DDR5-5600 memory and a 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and uses a liquid-cooled chassis to manage thermals in a small footprint.

Buyers who need four 8K displays and WiFi 7

Four video outputs — one HDMI and three DisplayPort — each support 8K at 60Hz, while dual 1000Mbps LAN, WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 handle networking. Builders who require internal 3.5-inch drive bays, a standard ATX power supply or a larger chassis for custom water loops should consider other form factors.

12GB GDDR7 VRAM on a 192-bit bus

The RTX 5070 provides 12GB of GDDR7 memory across a 192-bit interface with 6144 CUDA cores and boost clocks to 2512 MHz. This VRAM capacity and bus width set the ceiling for texture-heavy 8K workloads and high-resolution ray-traced scenes.

Questions about this item

How do I install the liquid-cooled CPU block and where do people usually go wrong?

The Core i7-14700F ships with a factory-sealed liquid cooler; mount the radiator to the chassis fan brackets, connect the pump header to the CPU_FAN socket on the B760 motherboard, and do not overtighten the spring screws — uneven pressure is the common mistake.

What components will need replacement first under heavy daily use?

The liquid-cooling pump and the dual copper fans are the only moving parts; expect the pump to reach end-of-life before the 12 GB GDDR7 GPU or the 64 GB DDR5-5600 memory.

Which thermal limit appears first when the RTX 5070 runs at 2512 MHz boost for long sessions?

The compact chassis hits its 50 °C operating ceiling before the GPU reaches its own throttle point, so sustained 6144 CUDA-core loads are capped by case airflow.
