Liquid-Cooled Mini Desktop

The Partaker B23 packs a 10-core 16-thread Core i5-14400F and a discrete GeForce RTX 4070 with 12GB GDDR6X into an 11.6-inch chassis. It ships with 64GB DDR5-5600 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVME SSD, ready for 8K@60Hz output across four displays. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed.

Thermals and Acoustics

A liquid-cooling loop paired with dual copper fans manages heat from the CPU and GPU within the compact enclosure. The supplier states this arrangement delivers optimal thermal performance and low noise during operation. The system is rated for ambient temperatures from -10°C to 50°C and humidity between 10% and 90% non-condensing.

Expansion Limit

Only two SO-DIMM slots exist, capping total memory at 96GB DDR5. The single M.2 PCIe 4.0 slot is occupied by the boot SSD, so additional high-speed storage requires using the two internal 2.5-inch SATA 3.0 bays instead. Buyers needing more than two fast NVME drives should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I install the liquid-cooled Partaker B23 and what step is often missed?

Mount the mini chassis, connect the 20V 20A power adapter to 100-240V mains, attach up to four displays via HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4a ports, then enable auto power-on and Wake-on-LAN in the B760 BIOS before first boot.

What maintenance or replacement will the Partaker B23 need later?

The liquid-cooling loop is sealed and maintenance-free; future upgrades can add up to 96GB of DDR5-5600 SO-DIMM modules in the two slots and one 2.5-inch SATA 3.0 drive in the spare bay.

What limit appears first on the Partaker B23 during sustained 8K@60Hz gaming?

The 20V 20A power adapter caps total system draw at 400W, so the RTX 4070 12GB GDDR6X and Core i5-14400F 4.70GHz turbo will hit that power ceiling before thermal limits at 50°C ambient.
