Industrial Fanless Desktop i3-6100T 16 GB 512 GB

The Partaker I16 is a compact industrial desktop PC built around an Intel Core i3-6100T processor, 16 GB DDR4 memory and a 512 GB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed and uses a fanless aluminium chassis for silent 7×24 operation. The unit measures 210 × 240 × 83.5 mm and weighs 4.0 kg. It is designed for control cabinets, kiosks and edge-computing sites that need reliable x86 compute without moving parts.

Suited For And Not Suited For

This system suits integrators who need multiple legacy serial ports, triple Gigabit LAN and a wide 9–36 V DC input with reverse-polarity protection. It also fits deployments requiring dual SIM slots for 4G failover and a watchdog timer with 255 levels. Buyers who need discrete GPU acceleration, more than 64 GB DDR4 memory or internal 2.5-inch drive bays beyond the single mSATA slot should evaluate alternative platforms.

Deciding Specification

The fanless passive cooling design is the single specification that decides suitability; it enables silent operation and eliminates fan failure in dusty or vibration-prone environments but limits sustained thermal headroom to the 35 W TDP of the i3-6100T.

Questions about this item

Does the 512 GB mSATA SSD support RAID and can I add another drive later?

The chassis has one mSATA slot and two 2.5 inch SATA bays that support RAID 0 or 1, so a second drive can be added for mirroring or striping.

What limits continuous 24/7 operation — the 0–50 °C range or the 35 W power draw?

The 35 W TDP is fixed by the i3-6100T; the chassis is rated for 0–50 °C with a commercial drive and -20–60 °C with an industrial SSD, so temperature is the practical limit.

With no fans, how hot does the aluminium case get and does the 12 V 10 A supply run warm?

The all-aluminium chassis acts as the heatsink, so the exterior becomes warm to the touch during all-day loads, while the external 12 V 10 A brick handles the 35 W draw without active cooling.
