Sustained Load on Fanless Aluminium Chassis

Under continuous workloads the quad-core CPU with 12MB cache and 4.7GHz turbo relies on passive cooling through the aluminium alloy body. The operating range is 0 to 50°C with the installed SSD and 0 to 40°C if a hard drive is added later. Thermal throttling will engage before the chassis exceeds its rated limits, so sustained performance depends on ambient temperature and mounting airflow.
