Purpose and Quantity

These crimped-end mailing tubes measure 1-1/2 inches in diameter by 24 inches in length and are sold in a pack of 70. They suit offices, warehouses or home shippers who need a ready supply of rigid containers for posters, blueprints or rolled documents.

Construction and Handling

The Kraft paperboard walls resist crushing during transit while the crimped ends stay closed without extra tape or caps. Each tube is light enough for single-person packing yet stiff enough to protect contents through automated sorting equipment.

Pack Benefits

A 70-count case keeps a mailroom stocked for high-volume periods and reduces reorder frequency. Orders of 75 or more qualify for free shipping direct from the manufacturer, lowering per-unit cost for regular users.

Questions about this item

How do I close the crimped ends on these 1-1/2" x 24" Kraft mailing tubes after inserting documents?

Insert the contents, then fold the pre-crimped ends inward and press firmly to seal; the crimped design holds without tape, but verify the fold is tight so the tube stays closed during transit.

Will the Kraft cardboard on these tubes degrade or need replacement if stored long-term before use?

Kraft cardboard remains stable in dry, temperature-controlled storage; keep the pack of 70 tubes flat and away from moisture to prevent warping or mould that would require replacement.

At what document length do these 24-inch tubes stop accommodating rolled prints without creasing?

The 24-inch interior length is the hard limit; any artwork or blueprint longer than 24 inches will either not fit or must be folded, which creates creases.
