Reclosable Poly Bag 16x16

Partners Brand PB3820 is a transparent, reclosable poly bag designed for shipping, mailing and general storage. Each bag measures 16 inches by 16 inches with a 4 mil thickness. The pack contains 500 bags for high-volume use.

Seal and thickness for daily handling

The reclosable seal allows repeated opening and closing without tape or heat equipment. A 4 mil wall resists punctures and tears during packing and transit. Transparent material lets staff identify contents at a glance.

Upgrade from single-use mailers

Replaces disposable poly mailers when items are shipped, returned and re-shipped multiple times. The jump is worth it for operations that cycle inventory through the same packaging repeatedly. Not suited for buyers who need tamper-evident security seals or bags larger than the stated dimensions.

Questions about this item

What bag size does the 16 by 16 inch dimension give me for packing?

Each bag measures 16 inches long by 16 inches wide, providing a square opening that fits bulky or irregular items without folding.

What does the 4 mil thickness mean for puncture resistance?

At 4 mil the polyethylene wall resists tears from sharp edges while staying flexible enough to seal repeatedly.

How do I close the reclosable seal correctly on the first try?

Press the two interlocking tracks together from one end to the other, squeezing out air so the zipper locks flat without gaps.
