Partners Brand Anti-Static Pick and Pack Foam 24x24x1 Pink Pack of 12

Anti-Static Foam for Static-Sensitive Items

This anti-static pick and pack foam protects electronic components from electrostatic discharge during handling and transit. The pink foam sheets measure 24 inches by 24 inches by 1 inch thick. A pack contains 12 sheets for volume shipping needs. It suits operations that move static-sensitive hardware regularly.

Replaces Loose Fill and Standard Foam

Switch from loose packing peanuts or non-conductive foam when static control is required for the shipment. The upgrade is worth it when damage claims trace back to electrostatic events. Sheets stay in place better than loose fill and leave no residue on components. They also speed up packing lines compared to cutting custom shapes.

Fits Standard Cartons and Frees Bench Space

The 24 by 24 inch sheets sit flat in common master cartons without folding or trimming. Rigidity lets them double as layer dividers between product rows. Using sheets instead of bagged peanuts reclaims shelf space in the mailroom. No special grounding equipment is needed for the foam to function.
