Lightweight cushioning keeps postal costs down

Bubble lining protects contents while adding minimal mass to each parcel. Heat-seal closure creates a tamper-evident seal without tape or staples. Flat storage profile conserves shelf space in busy mailrooms.

The fixed 14 by 20 inch format suits catalogues, documents and flat merchandise that exceed standard letter dimensions. Shippers handling irregular shapes or heavier items will need alternative packaging solutions.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the 14 1/4 x 20 inch kraft mailers after packing?

These mailers require a heat-sealing machine; the adhesive strip activates only when heated, so a standard impulse sealer is the tool to use.

When should I replace a mailer instead of reusing it?

Replace any mailer that shows torn bubbles, a compromised heat seal or crushed corners, because the cushioning and tamper evidence are then unreliable.

What fails first if I ship heavy items in the #7 size day after day?

The bubble layer compresses permanently under repeated heavy loads, so the protective cushioning is the first limit you will hit.
