Shipping supplies for volume mailers

Partners Brand BOB815 self-seal bubble pouches ship in a pack of 300 clear pouches measuring 8 by 15 1/2 inches. The self-sealing closure removes the need for tape or a heat sealer. Small businesses and fulfilment teams can protect goods quickly without extra equipment.

Capacity and headroom for daily dispatch

Each pouch holds items that fit within the 8 by 15 1/2 inch envelope. The bubble lining cushions electronics, cosmetics or fragile parts during transit. Very large or oddly shaped products will not fit and need a box or larger mailer instead.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

The pouches are passive packaging material with no electrical components. They add negligible weight to a shipment and generate no heat or noise. Storage requires only shelf space at room temperature.

Questions about this item

Will the 8 x 15 1/2 in clear pouches fit items already boxed in standard mailers?

Each pouch measures 8 by 15 1/2 inches and seals itself, so a boxed item that fits inside those dimensions can be inserted and closed without tape.

How can I confirm the self-seal adhesive is holding after I pack the first shipment?

Press the flap firmly along the full width, then tug gently; a secure bond resists opening and shows no gaps along the 8-inch edge.

Does the pack of 300 include any tape, labels or a dispenser, or must I buy those separately?

The box contains only 300 clear self-seal bubble pouches; tape, shipping labels and a dispenser are not included and must be purchased separately.
