The roll replaces lighter sheets or shorter lengths that require frequent reloading. The 1,000-foot length reduces changeovers on high-volume packing stations. The jump is worth it when a continuous feed keeps a workflow moving without interruption.

Users needing long continuous white paper

This roll suits operations that consume large amounts of 12-inch wide paper for wrapping or surface protection. Buyers who need a different width, a lighter basis weight or a coloured sheet should look at other options.

Questions about this item

What width roll holder or dispenser does the 12 in paper require?

The roll is 12 in wide, so a holder or cutter with at least a 12 in opening is needed.

How do you load the roll so it feeds straight and doesn't telescope?

Slide the roll onto the dispenser spindle, pull the leading edge under the tension bar, then tear against the cutter to start a clean edge.

When should the roll be replaced in a high-volume packing station?

The roll holds 1,000 ft of 40 lb paper; replace it when the remaining length no longer covers your typical package size.
