Who Benefits

Offices, duplication services and anyone mailing software, catalogues or promotional discs will find the fifty-count pack convenient for regular shipments. Buyers who need padded protection for fragile media or larger boxes for multiple discs should look at alternative packaging styles. The fixed dimensions also limit use for oversized jewel cases or thick booklets.

Deciding Specification

The internal depth of two inches is the critical measure; it determines whether your disc and accompanying paperwork fit without bending. Verify your contents against that clearance before ordering.

Questions about this item

Will the 11 1/8 x 8 3/4 x 2 inch mailer fit inside a standard USPS Priority Mail box?

The outer dimensions are 11 1/8 by 8 3/4 by 2 inches. Compare these measurements to the internal dimensions of your chosen Priority Mail box to confirm fit.

How do I assemble the CD Literature Mailer Kit correctly, and what step is often missed?

Fold along the scored lines to form the box, insert the CD tray into the designated slots, place literature on top, then peel the adhesive strip and seal the flap securely.

When should I replace the CD tray insert inside the mailer kit?

Replace the tray if the center hub cracks, the retaining tabs snap off, or the disc sits loosely and can shift during transit.
