Rigid Kraft Chipboard Pads

Partners Brand CP57 chipboard pads measure 5 by 7 inches and come in a bulk pack of 1125 pieces. The kraft finish gives a neutral, professional look for everyday mailing and storage tasks. Offices, warehouses and fulfilment teams use them to stiffen envelopes and protect flat items in transit.

Bulk Pack Simplifies High-Volume Shipping

The 1125-count package reduces re-order frequency and keeps a steady supply at packing stations. Each pad is ready to insert without cutting or folding, so packing lines move faster during peak periods. The single SKU makes inventory tracking straightforward for mailroom managers.

Lightweight Yet Sturdy Construction

Dense chipboard resists bending while adding minimal weight to parcels, helping to control postage costs. The 5 by 7 inch size fits standard envelopes, poly mailers and document boxes without trimming. Smooth kraft surfaces accept labels, stamps and handwritten notes cleanly.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to replace these 5 x 7 inch chipboard pads?

Each pack contains 1125 pads, so replacement frequency depends entirely on your shipping volume and how many you use per package.

What limits how many of these kraft pads I can use continuously?

The practical limit is the 1125-pad pack size; once depleted you must reorder, and storage space for the bulk carton may become the constraining factor.

Do these chipboard pads generate heat or noise when used all day in a mailroom?

No, they are plain kraft chipboard sheets with no electrical components, so they produce no heat, noise or power draw during continuous use.
