Product Identity

Partners Brand CP8514 chipboard pads are kraft-coloured stiffeners sized at 8 1/2 by 14 inches. They ship in a bulk pack of 760 sheets for high-volume mailrooms, fulfilment centres and e-commerce operations that need rigid backing for documents or flat goods.

Setup Check

Confirm that your mailers, envelopes or poly bags accept an 8 1/2 by 14 inch insert without folding. Verify that your packing stations have enough flat storage space for 760 sheets and that your postage scale accounts for the added weight of the chipboard.

Sustained Use

The kraft chipboard maintains its rigidity through repeated handling cycles and does not curl when stacked in large quantities. Each pad provides consistent corner protection for the full 760-count run, reducing damage claims on long-distance shipments.
