Product Identity

Partners Brand crimped-end mailing tubes measure 2 inches by 24 inches and arrive in a kraft pack of 50. They are designed for offices and shippers who need rigid containers for rolled documents, posters or blueprints.

Replacement Context

These tubes replace flimsy cardboard rolls that crush in transit or lack secure end closures. The step up is justified when contents must stay flat and protected through automated sorting equipment.

Installation Notes

Each tube is ready to use; simply insert the rolled item and press the crimped ends closed. The only common issue occurs if the contents exceed the 24-inch length, preventing a proper seal.

Questions about this item

What diameter and length do these crimped-end tubes measure?

Each tube is 2 inches in diameter and 24 inches long, giving a rigid cylinder for rolled documents or posters.

How are the crimped ends sealed after I load the contents?

Fold the pre-crimped flaps inward and press firmly; the common mistake is leaving a gap that lets the tube pop open in transit.

When should I replace a tube instead of reusing it?

Replace any tube that shows crushed walls, split seams or flattened crimps, because the structure no longer protects the contents.
