Ideal Shipping Envelopes

Pack Quantity Streamlines Fulfilment

A single box delivers 100 mailers, reducing reorder frequency for high-volume dispatch. The self-sealing closure eliminates the need for separate tape or labels. Bulk packaging keeps unit cost low and storage simple.

Size Dictates What Fits

The 12 by 15 1/2 inch envelope accepts documents, clothing or flat items up to that footprint. It will not accommodate bulky boxes, rigid frames or anything thicker than the flexible poly material allows. Choose a larger mailer or a corrugated box for oversize shipments.

Questions about this item

Will the 12 x 15 1/2 inch poly mailers need any special storage to prevent the clear view panel from yellowing over time?

Store the pack of 100 mailers flat in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight; the clear/white material resists yellowing under normal indoor conditions and requires no special maintenance.

What is the first limit reached when packing heavy items into these 12 x 15 1/2 inch mailers day after day?

The practical limit is the self-seal adhesive strength; overfilled mailers can stress the closure before the poly film itself tears, so keep contents within a reasonable weight for reliable sealing.

Do the clear/white poly mailers generate static or heat buildup when sealed packages sit in a warm warehouse all day?

The lightweight poly film does not generate static or retain heat; sealed packages remain at ambient temperature and the material stays neutral during extended storage or transit.
