Deluxe Literature Mailers 24x18x6

These Partners Brand mailers measure 24 by 18 by 6 inches and arrive in a 25-count pack. They are built for shipping catalogues, brochures and other flat literature that needs rigid protection. The kraft construction keeps contents flat during transit. Offices and fulfilment teams handling high-volume mailings will find the bulk quantity practical.

Kraft material and flat design

The kraft paperboard resists bending and crushing while keeping the package lightweight for postage savings. No moving parts or fans mean silent operation in any mailroom. Power draw is not applicable for this passive shipping supply. The flat profile stacks neatly on shelves or packing stations.

Twenty-five-unit bulk pack

Each carton contains exactly 25 mailers so teams can plan reorder points without breaking cases. The self-sealing closure eliminates the need for separate tape or staples. No software or additional accessories are included or required. Buyers who need custom branding or different dimensions will need a separate product.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the 24x18x6 Kraft mailers without crushing the corners?

Fold the two side panels inward first, then tuck the front flap into the pre-scored slots before pressing the bottom panel flat; skipping the side-panel step leaves the corners unsupported and they buckle under the 25-pack weight.

What part of the mailers will need replacing first if I reuse them for monthly catalog shipments?

The tuck-tab locking flap on the 24-inch edge frays after repeated opening; once the tab no longer seats cleanly in its slot the mailer will not stay closed during transit.

At what load does the glued bottom seam of the 24x18x6 mailers give way during a long courier run?

The single-wall Kraft board and glued bottom seam hold typical literature stacks; once the contents exceed the board's burst strength the seam splits before the side walls fail.
