Partners Brand DES103 Clay Desiccants 550 count

Clay desiccants for bulk moisture control

These clay desiccant packets absorb humidity inside shipping containers, storage bins and packaging lines. Each unit measures three inches square by a quarter inch thick and comes in a five-gallon pail containing five hundred fifty pieces. The bulk count suits operations that process high volumes of goods daily.

Replaces loose silica gel

Switching to these clay packets makes sense when a facility ships enough product that opening dozens of small canisters slows the packing line. The pail format lets workers grab handfuls without unwrapping individual sachets, cutting prep time on pallets that move through humid docks or unconditioned warehouses.

Fits standard gaylord boxes.

The flat square profile slides between stacked cartons or sits on top of bagged product without bridging gaps. No special dispensers or humidity indicators are required, so existing pack stations need no retrofit. The clay composition is inert and non-corrosive, leaving metal parts, electronics and textiles free of residue.
