Edge Protectors for Shipping

Partners Brand cased edge protectors shield pallet edges and corners during transit and storage. The white .225 thickness material resists compression and helps stabilise stacked loads. Each piece measures 3 inches by 3 inches by 72 inches. They suit warehouses, distributors and shippers who need consistent edge reinforcement.

Capacity and Protection Limits

A box contains 20 protectors, providing enough units for multiple pallets or large shipments. The .225 gauge handles moderate stacking pressure and strap tension without collapsing. Very heavy or high-stack loads may exceed the protector’s resistance and cause deformation. Users should match protector quantity and placement to their specific load profile.

Bundled Quantity Benefit

The 20-count pack lets crews equip several pallets at once without opening multiple cartons. Having a full case on hand reduces reorder frequency during peak shipping periods. The uniform length and colour simplify inventory checks and visual inspection on the dock. No additional tools or accessories are included.

Questions about this item

How do these 3" x 3" x 72" edge protectors work with existing strapping or stretch wrap?

The 72" length runs the full height of standard pallet loads so strapping or stretch wrap can be tensioned directly over the protector without shifting the corner.

How can I verify the .225 thickness is correct after unpacking?

Measure the leg wall with a caliper; it should read .225 inches at multiple points along the 72" length.

What exactly comes in the PK20 carton and what must I source separately?

The carton contains 20 white cased edge protectors at 3" x 3" x 72"; strapping, stretch wrap and pallets are not included.
