White Cased Edge Protectors for Shipping

These white cased edge protectors shield pallet edges and box corners from strapping and impact damage during transit. Each unit measures three inches by three inches by sixty inches and has a .225 thickness for rigid reinforcement. The pack contains twenty five pieces ready for warehouse or fulfilment use.

.225 Thickness Determines Load-Bearing Capacity

The single specification that decides suitability is the .225 thickness, which provides the stiffness needed for heavy pallet loads and tight banding tension. Thinner profiles would flex under the same pressure while thicker profiles add unnecessary material cost.

Rigid Profile Holds Shape Under Sustained Strap

Under continuous banding force the .225 profile resists permanent deformation and keeps corners square throughout the shipment. The cased construction distributes pressure evenly so the protector does not buckle at the fold line during long-haul transport.

Questions about this item

How does the .225 thickness perform once the protectors are on a pallet?

The .225 inch wall provides rigid corner reinforcement that resists crushing when stretch film is tensioned across a full 60 inch load height.

What does the cased construction mean for daily packing use?

Cased design adds a smooth outer facing that prevents the protector from snagging on film or strapping while the inner leg grips the carton edge securely.

Will the 3 by 3 inch legs fit the boxes we already ship?

Each leg is 3 inches wide, so the protector sits flush on standard carton corners and the 60 inch length covers most tall pallet loads in a single piece.
