What this pack contains

These expansion poly mailers measure 26 by 28 by 5 inches and come in a pack of 100 white units. They are designed for businesses that ship bulky or irregular items needing extra depth. The gusseted sides allow the mailer to expand around thick products. This quantity suits medium-volume fulfilment operations.

How to use them

Each mailer ships flat and opens easily for packing; simply fill, peel the adhesive strip and seal. The self-seal closure removes the need for separate tape or heat equipment. Overfilling beyond the 5-inch gusset can stress the seams and cause tears. Sharp contents should be wrapped first to prevent punctures.

Check before ordering

Verify that your typical shipment fits within the 26 by 28 inch face and the 5 inch expansion depth. Confirm your postage scale and software accept this oversized envelope class. Ensure storage space is available for a 100-count carton of flat mailers. These are not padded, so fragile goods need separate cushioning.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the mailers are the correct 26 x 28 x 5 inch size after opening the pack?

Measure the flat envelope: it should read twenty-six inches wide, twenty-eight inches long and expand to a five-inch gusset depth.

What comes in the package and do I need to buy anything else to seal them?

The box contains one hundred white poly mailers; no tape or labels are included, so purchase sealing supplies separately if required.

Which version should I choose if I only see the EPM26285 code listed?

Only the 26 x 28 x 5 inch white pack of one hundred is offered under this code, so select that single option.
