Flat Poly Bags 5 x 6 Inch 1000 Pack

These clear flat poly bags measure 5 by 6 inches and come in a 1000 count package. They are supplied new by Partners Brand for general shipping and mailing use. The bags are made from 6 mil thick polyethylene material. Buyers who need larger dimensions or a different thickness will need another product.

Sustained Use 6 Mil Thickness 1000 Count

The 6 mil construction resists tearing during repeated packing and handling sessions. A full case of 1000 bags supports high volume shipping operations without frequent reordering. Clear material allows quick visual identification of contents. Operations requiring heavier gauge film for sharp or heavy items cannot rely on this thickness.

Replaces Thinner Single Use Mailers

This pack upgrades from lighter single use mailers that split under moderate stress. The jump is worth it when daily shipments exceed a few dozen packages and durability matters. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive harm. Users needing biodegradable or static shielding films must select a different product line.

Questions about this item

What do I need to have on hand before I can use these poly bags?

You only need the items you plan to pack and a way to seal each bag, such as tape or a heat sealer.

Will the Prop 65 warning affect the other shipping supplies I already keep?

The warning applies only to the bag material itself; it does not transfer to other supplies stored nearby.

How much packaging waste will 1000 bags create once they are all used?

Each bag is a single flat sheet, so 1000 used bags produce 1000 lightweight plastic sheets for disposal or recycling.
