Partners Brand Flat Poly Bags Clear 1.5 mil 1000 PK

Flat Poly Bags for Small Parts

These clear poly bags measure two by five inches and come in a 1000-count pack. The 1.5 mil thickness provides basic protection for lightweight items during shipping or storage. They suit businesses that need an economical way to bag hardware, craft supplies or mail-order products.

Upgrade from Loose Wrapping

Switching to pre-sized bags eliminates the time spent cutting roll stock or taping irregular parcels. The jump is worth it when order volume reaches the point where hand-wrapping slows down the pack line. Buyers who need heavier-duty puncture resistance or larger dimensions will find these bags too thin and too small.

Limits of Thin Polyethylene

At 1.5 mil the material tears easily under sharp edges or heavy loads. The open top requires separate heat-sealing, twist-ties or tape to close, adding a step for tamper-evident shipments. Orders below seventy-five units do not qualify for the manufacturer’s free-shipping threshold.
