Partners Brand FP812 Flush Cut Foam Pouches

These foam pouches measure 8 by 12 inches and come in a pack of 150. They are designed for businesses that need lightweight protective wrap for shipping or storage. The flush cut style gives a clean edge for a professional finish. White colour helps contents stay visible inside the pouch.

Capacity and headroom: 150 pouches per pack

A single pack supplies enough pouches for high volume mailing days or ongoing warehouse use. The 8 by 12 inch size fits small parts, electronics accessories or documents comfortably. Larger items will not fit and require a different pouch dimension. The quantity covers regular demand without frequent reordering.

Fits into a mailing workflow

The pouches lie flat on a packing bench and slide into boxes or mailers without adding bulk. No adhesive or heat sealing equipment is needed for basic closure. They work alongside bubble wrap, tape and labels to complete a shipment. The Proposition 65 notice applies to the product material.

Questions about this item

Will the 8 x 12 inch pouches fit the same boxes I already use for 8 x 12 items?

Yes, the 8 x 12 inch dimensions match the FP812 size so they will sit inside your existing 8 x 12 boxes without changing your pack-out process.

How can I confirm the foam is protecting contents during the first few shipments?

Inspect each pouch for clean flush-cut edges and consistent white colour; intact pouches with no tears mean the foam is cushioning as designed.

What comes in the pack and do I need extra sealing supplies?

The pack contains 150 flush-cut foam pouches; tape, labels or heat-seal equipment are not included and must be sourced separately.
