Charcoal Soft Foam Sheets for Protective Packing

These 12 by 12 inch charcoal foam sheets provide a soft cushioning layer for items during shipping or storage. Each sheet measures one inch thick, delivering gentle support for delicate surfaces. The pack contains 48 sheets, supplying enough material for regular packing tasks. They suit small businesses and home shippers who need reliable surface protection.

Consistent Cushioning Across Repeated Use

The soft foam structure maintains its thickness when pressed around irregular shapes, distributing pressure evenly across the sheet. It does not crumble or shed particles during handling, keeping packages clean. The charcoal colour masks minor scuffs that appear after multiple packing cycles. Sheets separate cleanly from the stack, speeding up workflow during busy despatch periods.

Replaces Loose Fill and Single-Use Wrap

This pack replaces bags of packing peanuts or rolls of bubble wrap that create waste and shift in transit. The flat sheets store compactly on a shelf and cut easily to custom sizes without special tools. The upgrade makes sense when you ship fragile items frequently and want a reusable, tidy alternative that protects surfaces without static cling.

Questions about this item

Will these 1-inch thick charcoal foam sheets compress or degrade if left under load for weeks?

The sheets are 1 inch thick and charcoal coloured; they are sold as soft foam packing material in a 48-count pack.

Do I need any adhesive, cutting tools or dispensers to use the 12 x 12 inch sheets right out of the box?

The product is supplied as 48 loose sheets measuring 12 by 12 inches; no adhesive, cutter or dispenser is included.

Can I stack these new foam sheets with older packing foam I already have without uneven cushioning?

Each sheet is 1 inch thick and 12 inches square, so stacking them with other 1-inch material keeps the cushion height consistent.
