Double-Wall Boxes for Long Items

These double-wall corrugated boxes measure 36 by 8 by 8 inches and come in a pack of 15. They are built for shippers who need rigid protection for narrow, lengthy products such as rods, tubes or rolled materials. The kraft exterior resists tearing during transit.

Double-Wall Construction Decides Suitability

The double-wall flute gives the carton significantly more stacking strength and puncture resistance than a single-wall alternative. If your loads are heavy, stacked on pallets or handled roughly, this specification is the one that determines whether the box will hold. Single-wall cartons will not provide the same durability.

Flat-Packed Delivery Requires Simple Assembly

Boxes arrive flat to save space and are folded into shape at the packing station. The most common error is failing to seat the bottom flaps fully before taping, which can cause the carton to bulge or split under weight. Apply pressure-sensitive tape along the centre seam and both edge seams for a secure seal.

Questions about this item

What does the 36x8x8 size mean for what I can ship?

The box measures 36 inches long by 8 inches wide by 8 inches deep, so it fits long, narrow items such as rolled posters, tubes, or fishing rods.

What does the double-wall corrugated construction handle in practice?

Double-wall corrugated board provides two layers of fluting for extra stacking strength and puncture resistance during transit.

Will the 15-count pack fit on a standard shelf or pallet?

Each box ships flat; a bundle of 15 folded units is compact enough for a typical office shelf or pallet layer.
